The company is increasingly using electronic coverage when introducing policy and procedural changes in the workplace. In the past, prior notice for work rule and policy changes were announced in group or individual coverage meetings. It was conducted this way to ensure all employees were covered and enabled our members to ask questions and obtain clarifications on the subject of change.

Presidents Week Special: When Presidents Worked

You may remember the time when a single mother with two daughters and one mentally challenged son told Bush that she worked three jobs. The President responded with his typical insight and sensitivity, applauding the woman's situation as "uniquely American" and fantastic. In all fairness, we shouldn't mock Bush's verbal ineptitude. He suffered major developmental delays due to the complications that accompany being born with a silver foot in your mouth.

EAP Is Always Available

The pace of our work and personal lives sometimes creates stress and a variety of associated problems. The CWA and AT&T recognize that at times everyone needs help from time to time. That is why the Union and the Company were able to negotiate the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that employees at AT&T Legacy T can utilize.
