I had accessed my Health Reimbursement Account - Active (HRA) and it list as follows: Contribution Date 10/1/12, Processed Date 10/8/12, Amount $1323.00. It seems that the company has met their contractual agreement with CWA at Legacy T. It further states:

1. Your benefit plan period lasts between 01/01/2012 and 12/31/2012.

You can submit claims for expenses with dates of service between 01/01/2012 and 12/31/2012.

In order to receive payment, your prior year claims must be postmarked by 3/31 of the current year.

Local 3250 is suggesting that all our members check their accounts to verify that they have received their contractual allocation. If you have not received it, please contact your supervisor by email with the following:

I've been advised to contact my supervisor pertaining to the SSP Payout into the HRA account. I'm unsure of what you are able to do; however as per the Company   email that was sent to union members last week, we are required to contact you so you can assist in ensuring each employee receives this bargained for benefit.  Any assistance you are able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
