CWA - Avaya Bargaining Update

May 27, 2006-11:45 P.M. The CWA, IBEW, and the Company have agreed to stop the clock and continue bargaining. Although we may bargain through the night, the Unions are not optimistic that we will reach an agreement any time soon if at all.
