Last Day To Register To Vote In Georgia Primary

Tuesday June 20, 2006 is the last day to register to vote for the primary election on July 18! We need you to vote on July 18, and you cannot vote tomorrow if you are not registered to vote.  

CWA has endorsed Mark Taylor for Governor of Georgia.

We can bring health insurance to every child, we can stop the annual cuts to our schools, we can eliminate the state sales tax on medicines and we can elect a Governor who will protect the rights of all Working Family’s if you register and vote in the primary.  

 

To vote in the primary you must be registered to vote today! Follow the instructions on the following link to get a form to register to vote.

If you are registering for the first time in Georgia you are required to show one of the acceptable types of identification by: 

Mailing a copy of the identification with your voter registration application

Providing a copy of the identification to the registrar during the absentee voting process, or 

By showing one of the pieces of acceptable identification when voting at the polling place.
