Addendum-Unsecure At Alpharetta
Monday, 07 August 2006

Attention Alpharetta Managers,

For the AT&T Managers that approved Gale Corp’s decision to decrease building security at Alpharetta, we hope you have factored in negligence and liability into your career path. You will be held accountable for any security event that involves the employees at the Alpharetta location.

You can weigh your decision to allow strangers to wander the building against the cost you have saved and multiply the difference to what the ultimate price your career and the Company will pay. While you’re at it, see what the true cost will be to your ethics and conscience if something does occur to an employee that you are responsible for. Then let us know if the risk factor that you implemented to save a few bucks was worth it.

This is what you get when you turn over the business to contractors. You may understand cost, but you understand nothing about value.

You need to take care of this situation and correct it immediately. Do the right thing for all the employee’s health and safety in the workplace at AT&T, that's your job.
