AT&T: Movement of Tech from Article 41 to Article 43

This is just a reminder for those technicians considering voluntarily moving from a title covered by the language in Article 41 to a title in Article 43. You must remember there is a difference in the language for coverage concerning, for example, Term Pay, Shifted Tour and Call In etc. Make sure you understand the changes before making the commitment.
