The C&T National office has been made aware that the new AT&T payroll system has a drop down menu that requires the employee to give a reason for their absence. You are not required to give the Company a reason or explanation for your illness.
We would consider this a violation under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). However, the e�link system requires an entry to process. You are advised to use "illness, other" for the code.
