It has been brought to our attention that people are encountering numerous problems when calling the ATS Service Center to schedule a test. Several people have advised us that they have been asked to select three future dates when they would like to test, and then they are not being contacted. We have made the Company aware of the problem. They are investigating the situation, and we expect to have an answer very soon, which we will post on this web site.
