AT&T Scheduled Lay-OFF Annoucement |

The next AT&T surplus announcement is scheduled for Monday, January 21, 2008. Besides the CWA National, there are a number of locals who have chosen January 21, 2008, Martin Luther King Day, as a designated holiday.
The company has agreed to provide the surplus information to the National CWA office on Friday, January 18, 2008 and they will forward the lay-off numbers to all AT&T Locals. However, the surplus will not take affect until Monday, January 21, 2008.
We have had no indication from the company as to what titles or GCA’s across the country that may be affected, but we will post this information as soon as we obtain it.
