We will support all of our brothers and sisters who are affected by this by this layoff with the alliance, financial planning seminars and the Resource Center. Please remember all our brothers and sisters across the nation that will be affected by this unjust layoff while the Company lines its pockets.

For all affected titles across the country, the contract agreement between AT&T and CWA states that prior to an employee being laid off, the Company must offer a position within AT&T inc. If a job is not offered, the employee cannot be laid off. It is now up to the Company to administer this provision and your Union will be closely monitoring these terms.
