AT&T Healthcare Plan Trouble-Help Is On Its Way |

We have received numerous complaints from our Member’s regarding the new administrator of AT&T’s health plan. In an attempt to assist our Member’s concerns and address the many problems they have encountered, we have scheduled the CWA/AT&T National Healthcare Coordinator, Kim Wilburn to address them at the next regularly scheduled Union meeting at Local 3250 on April 17, 2008 at 7:00 PM.
She will be reviewing with our Members the procedures and guidelines for submitting healthcare and pharmaceutical claims. She will also explain how to navigate and track claims using Hewitt’s web site. Kim will be available to answer questions if you are encountering difficulties with the health plan administrator or have not been compensated accurately after you have submitted proof of expenses. She will also cover the appeal process if you determine that a challenge is warranted due to a denial of benefits. Kim will also be covering healthcare questions at the Alpharetta location on April 16, 2008 in the Windward Room at: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Kim will be covering healthcare questions at the 2800 Century Center location on April 17, 2008 in Room 915 at: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM Kim will also be available at CWA Local 3250’s regularly scheduled Union Meeting on April 17, 2008 at: Time-7:00 PM Address-350 Mitchell Rd, Norcross, GA 30071 We hope to see you at one of the sessions.
