Health Care Town Hall Forum |
|
Thursday, 10 April 2008 |
Ask people for their health care stories and step back. You’ll get an earful. Today, health care costs too much, covers too little, excludes too many – and unless we act it will get worse.
Fortunately the 2008 elections give us a chance to turn it around.
Our Labor Council is joining hundreds of others around the country in featuring the fight for health care on our April meeting agenda. This is one meeting you can’t afford to miss – and bring friends and co-workers with you. Together with union brothers and sisters across the country, we can turn around America’s broken health care system. Come to the meeting and let’s get started. Join the Atlanta North Georgia Labor Council and Community Partners for a Turn America Around 2008 Health Care Town Hall Forum Scheduled to attend are Congressmen John Lewis and Hank Johnson. April 21, 6:00 PM IBEW Auditorium 501 Pulliam St. SW, Atlanta GA 30312 For more information: contact the Council at 404 525 3559
