Bargaining Demands – AT&T |

Bargaining Demands have been sent out in Departmental Rep packages and should have been made available to members in the workplace. Please take the time to fill one out and return it to your Departmental Rep or Area Vice President by December 12th. As AT&T contract expiration for April 4, 2009 approaches, it is critical for you to participate as this is how bargaining demands are established.
A space is provided at the top of the form for you to indicate the contract article affected by the demand. The bargaining committee will not accept forms with more than one article on them. Please be aware that members should only put one article on each demand form. If they have five different demands for five different articles, then five demand forms should be used. It would be very helpful to the bargaining committee if members would include their name and reach phone numbers in case the committee has a question or needs clarification on a demand. If you have not received a bargaining demand form, contact your Departmental Rep or Area Vice President. Please return all completed demands to your Area Vice President no later than December 12, 2008.
